Hi, I'm Kristen! I spent more than 20 years in the corporate world and have had the privilege of building several teams from scratch. I enjoy being in completely new positions at an organization, where I have to figure out how to prove the value of the role. Able to be both strategic and tactical, my career was built on identifying and filling gaps, gathering data to support business cases and creating new processes that became my legacy. I am adept at identifying and cultivating high-potential talent, and take pride in having led diverse, geographically distributed teams.

My Story

Looking back at my accomplishments, my most fulfilling moments were when I was coaching resources to achieve their professional goals. Learning the true difference between being a manager and being a leader, helping team members move on to new roles even when it meant leaving a opening on my team that had to be filled, the realization that there was an unofficial "bench" of talent hoping for a role on my team all contributed to the launch of Move & Unleash Executive Coaching....helping others unleash the potential within.

An avid learner, I believe in constantly improving myself through education and experience. Formal certifications in Executive Coaching, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace, Product Owner, a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a Master’s in Business Administration serve as foundations for my professional achievements.
