Hi, I'm Kristen.

I spent more than two decades in the corporate world doing work I love — building things from the ground up, solving problems that did not yet have solutions, and developing people into the leaders they were meant to become.

My career was defined by stepping into uncharted territory. I gravitated toward roles that did not yet have a playbook, where proving value required equal parts vision, discipline, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity. Whether I was standing up a new function, redesigning how an organization operated, or coaching a high-potential team member through a pivotal moment, I showed up the same way every time — with curiosity, intention, and a genuine investment in the outcome.

I have had the privilege of leading diverse, geographically distributed teams across multiple industries, and what I carried with me from every experience was a deep belief in this: the right support, at the right moment, changes everything.

That belief is what brought me here. I started Move and Unleash because I wanted to do deliberately and directly what I had always done naturally — help people identify their strengths, step into their potential, and move forward with confidence.

My Story

Some realizations arrive quietly. Mine came in the moments between strategy decks and quarterly reviews — in one-on-one conversations with team members who were figuring out who they were professionally, and what they were truly capable of.

After more than two decades of leading high-performing teams, I came to understand that my most meaningful work was never the process I optimized or the revenue I generated. It was the person who landed their dream role because I saw something in them before they saw it in themselves. It was learning — sometimes the hard way — the profound difference between managing people and truly leading them. It was the quiet satisfaction of championing a team member's next opportunity, even when it meant losing them, because their growth mattered more than my convenience. And it was discovering that there was always an unofficial bench of talented, ambitious people hoping for the chance to work alongside someone who believed in developing them.

Those moments are what launched Move & Unleash Executive Coaching — and they are what drive every conversation I have with a client today.

I am an avid, lifelong learner who believes that growth requires both humility and intention. My coaching practice is built on a foundation of rigorous, multidisciplinary credentials — including certifications in Executive Coaching, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, and Product Ownership, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration. These are not just lines on a resume. They represent a sustained commitment to bringing expertise, depth, and credibility to every client engagement.
